Refund & Returns Policy

At Headstrong Against Cancer, every item of clothing is made to order and individually crafted. As all garments are bespoke, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.

Additionally, as all proceeds support charitable initiatives, purchases are considered final.

Exceptions – Faulty or Defective Items
We will only offer a refund or replacement if an item is found to be faulty or defective. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order details
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographic evidence of the defect

 

Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Important Notes

• Items must not be worn or washed (unless the fault becomes apparent after washing in line with care instructions).
• We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet the above criteria.
